  • No. Coaching in this model is present- and future-focused, grounded in the belief that nothing is “wrong” with you — even if you want to change your experience. Coaching isn’t about fixing or diagnosing. It’s about taking intentional, values-aligned action because you want to, not because you feel like you should.

    My role is to be your partner: helping you ask better questions, gain clarity, look at your thoughts in new ways, identify what’s holding you back, and support you as you take steps toward the life you want.

  • Yes. Everything we discuss is confidential. Trust is the foundation of coaching.

    If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will sign an agreement supporting this confidentiality.

    Important note on safety: If you express immediate intent to harm yourself or others, I am required to break confidentiality to help you access immediate support and keep everyone safe.

  • While my primary focus is teens and young adults, I also support parents who want to grow alongside their children or navigate this season with more clarity and confidence. If you feel drawn to this work, you’re welcome to book a discovery session and we can explore whether coaching together makes sense.

  • All coaching sessions are held on Zoom, which allows clients to participate from anywhere. I simply ask that you join from a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable fully expressing yourself.

  • A discovery session is a free, no-pressure conversation to see if coaching feels like the right fit. We’ll talk about what’s working, what you want to change, your goals, and how coaching might support you. It’s also a chance to ask questions and see if we click.

  • This work isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about meaningful, lasting change. Working together over six months allows time to notice old patterns, practice new ways of thinking and responding, and integrate tools into daily life so they feel natural and sustainable.

    Consistency creates depth, and depth is what leads to real confidence and self-trust.
